Yes. You can list apartments, villas, townhouses, penthouses, land, commercial and office space, mark each as for sale or for rent, and attach up to 12 photos plus beds, baths, area and price details.
Clients browse available listings and book an inspection by choosing a date and time slot. The inspection fee is added to the cart and paid through bank transfer, Opay, card and other channels. Assigned agents and the listing owner are notified automatically.
Yes. Agents and super admins can compose, edit, preview and send professional offer letters for purchases, rentals, leases, expressions of interest and counter offers. Letters are emailed to the recipient and tracked from draft to accepted or declined.
